Water Treatment Modules are delivered to ships as one skid, equipped with hydrophore tanks, calorifiers, pumping systems with a power and control switchgear. Depending on the needs, the unit can be equipped with a reverse osmosis water filtration system, UV sterilization system, mineralizer, pre-filtration system, and disinfectant dosing system.

Hyperbaric chambers are fully equipped decompression chambers, built in 20ft insulated containers or on a vessel in specially adapted rooms. The chambers are used to secure diving works, rescue operations, medical procedures, and also enable the performance of exercises and specialized tests, the treatment of caisson disease, the treatment of wounds and carbon monoxide poisoning.

REMONTOWA CLIMAREM provides full design services for HVAC installations, including technical and working design, author's supervision and preparation of delivery documentation.
 

Offer includes comprehensive installation services of ship-wide ventilation systems, power plant ventilation, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, and refrigeration installations.
 

The projects include the delivery of new air handling units, ventilation duct systems, electrical switchboards, air conditioning equipment and ducts.

We make products from carbon steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, Duplex steel and non-ferrous metals such as bronze, copper, cupronickel, aluminum bronze, bimetals, aluminum and titanium.

Equipment offered to the Maritime Market are subject to acceptance and certification by Maritime Classification Bodies. Our powers include certification of products under DNV, BV, ABS, RINA, PRS, LRS, CCS, NKK, KR, RMRS. However, we manufacture pressure equipment for the industrial purposes in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive which is approved by UDT, PRS-CE, EU-CERT or TÜV. We also prepare documentation in accordance with ASME rules.

All processes are subject to Quality Control, in terms of material identification, required approvals and certificates, quality of workmanship and compliance with documentation and regulations.
 

We perform non-destructive tests: VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, HT, destructive tests, strength and tightness tests, pressure and vacuum tests. We examine the condition of paint coatings, other anti-corrosion protection and insulation.

Welding of equipment is made according to approved welding technologies and WPS instructions.

Process tanks or reactors manufactured in our plant are designed for higher pressures of 200-700 bar.
