LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. is responsible for implementing the LOTOS Group’s upstream strategy. Grupa LOTOS’s strategic targets for 2017–2022 include reaching hydrocarbon production volume of 30,000–50,000 boe/d.
LOTOS is increasing oil production from its own reserves in line with its feedstock supply diversification policy, thus also helping to enhance Poland’s energy security.

The LOTOS Petrobaltic Group companies are tasked with attaining the LOTOS Group’s strategic upstream objectives in the Baltic Sea.
Energobaltic Sp. z o.o. is responsible for managing tail gas generated in the process of oil production from fields located in the Baltic Sea. At the Władysławowo CHP plant, the company uses such gas to produce electricity, heat, LPG, and gas condensate. The Miliana Group companies operate in the maritime logistics business.

• Offshore drilling platforms: Baltic Beta operating on the B3 feld, LOTOS Petrobaltic operating on the B8 field, PG1 – an unmanned, remotely controlled (from Baltic Beta) rig operating on the B3 field, and Petrobaltic, which is currently being upgraded into a production hub
• Vessel fleet – operated by the Miliana Group (a subsidiary of LOTOS Petrobaltic), which provides maritime logistics services to LOTOS Petrobaltic, including crude oil storage and transport services, rescue and spill containment assistance, and geotechnical services. The Miliana Group operates five own units, including one tanker (Icarus III), three MPPs (Sylur, Kambr and Aphrodite I), and one tugboat (Bazalt).

LOTOS Petrobaltic operates in the Polish economic zone of the Baltic Sea. It holds licences for the exploration and appraisal of crude oil and natural gas reserves, which cover three blocks totalling 3,177 km2, situated in the eastern part of the Polish offshore area. The company and its subsidiaries and jointly-controlled entities also hold four production licences for the B3, B4, B6 and B8 fields. Currently, the B3 and B8 oil fields are in production, while the B4 and B6 gas fields are being prepared for development.
